Specialties of Maria Shahgedanova:
My research interests focus on non-tropical climates and boundary layer climates especially on climates high-latitude and high-altitude regions and climate-glacier interactions. My most recent research is concerned with climate analysis, development of regional climate change scenarios using regional climate models, analysis and modelling of glacier changes and climate-glacier interactions in the mountains of non-tropical Eurasia.
