Specialties of Robert E. Gresswell:
Basic and applied research to evaluate factors that influence fish abundance and distribution, including natural and anthropogenic disturbance. Specific studies have focused on life-history organization of salmonids and effects of wild fire, climate change, timber harvest, grazing, and angler harvest. Currently using spatially and temporally continuous sampling and geospatial analysis to evaluate cumulative effects of disturbance at the watershed scale, and evaluating the effects of invasive fishes on native fish populations.
