I research and write on natural resources issues, environment & development, linked with people and culture. I live in India's hilly and mountainous northeastern region, which is extension of the Eastern Himalayan region. It is also a region, which is extremely rich in biodiversity, forest and a home to over 300 distinct small ethnic/indigenous communities with diverse culture. I understand man and nature as integral part of the universe, and belive in a life style that is in harmony with natural elements.
