Influence of global warming to temperatures in Lake Zürich
Within the time period from 1990 to 2005 several years of extreme warmings of the surface waters up to more than 25°C (epilimnion) have been observed in Lake Zürich. The mean warming of the deep water in the layers below 100m was 0.1°C/year in subsequent years of meromixis.
The above mentioned facts are based on weekly observations.
